21 Day Consciousness Cleanse

A Soft Homecoming

A Gentle Invitation Before the Holidays Begin

Dear Reader,

I’ve been thinking of you all as we enter this season.

I know November often brings that subtle tension — the sense that the season is picking up speed and asking more of us. As the holidays approach, it’s easy for our energy to get stretched thin and for our inner worlds to feel worn down and neglected.

This time of year brings a deep paradox:
our bodies naturally want to slow down, rest, and turn inward…
while our culture asks us to speed up, say yes to everything, and pour our energy outward.

That’s why I’m sharing this now — not as another thing for you to hold, but as a way to honor the quiet pull toward rest and self-reflection that so often rises after the holidays. And in my experience, there’s something soothing about knowing that on the other side of the swirl, there is a warm place waiting — a place where your shoulders can drop, your breath can widen, and you can feel supported.

Before life accelerates, I want to offer a gentle seed for the new year.

In January, I’m hosting a four-week book club on The 21-Day Consciousness Cleanse by Debbie Ford. This book has been a steady companion in my own life, and Debbie was a mentor of mine whose work shaped the foundations of my shadow work practice.

Think of it as a gentle landing after the fullness of the season. A space to clear what feels heavy, reconnect with heart, and feel yourself soften back into your center.

If you’ve been craving:
• space to breathe again
• supportive community to ground with
• a slow, supported way to reconnect with your inner world
• a nourishing place to gently realign

...as you take this in, notice if your body softens or leans toward this.

We’ll meet Wednesdays — January 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th, from 11am–12:30pm ET on Zoom.

Just an hour and a half each week to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in warm community. There’s no pressure, no performance — simply an invitation to begin the year with intention, spaciousness, and support.

I would love to have you with us if it feels right.

With warmth and care,
Fereshta

Love Without Losing Yourself A note on attachment and the courage to stay you Dear Reader, There’s a kind of love many of us long for —a love where we don’t disappear to stay connected, and we don’t harden to stay safe. A love where both people get to stay whole.A love where you don’t lose yourself. And if you’re reading this, you might know these moments well:When you care about someone, but you shrink yourself just to keep the peace. When closeness feels good in theory, but overwhelming in...

The Quiet Cost of Pretending Why you were never meant to work this hard for love. There is a cost to belonging that no one talks about. Belonging is one of the strongest forces in the human body. From the moment you’re born, the body scans for connection. The nervous system will twist itself for it, work for it, and even sacrifice your truthfor it. Is it safe to reach? Is it safe to be seen?Is it safe to be me? When belonging feels shaky, the body starts shaping itself around what it thinks...
