A Space to Breathe Deeper

An Invitation From My Heart

Life asks so much of us… here’s what I’ve learned, and an invitation.

Dear Reader,

When I think back on the time we shared — the trust, the tenderness, the brave moments of opening — I feel such deep gratitude. Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you in that season of your life.

This work is about creating a safe and sacred space to breathe a little deeper, to feel seen, and to come home to yourself. Holding that space for you was a gift. I don't take your trust lightly, and it’s the privilege of a lifetime to do this kind of work with brave heart warriors like you.

This past year, I pulled back the pace of my work to tend to my health and spirit. I walked through one of the hardest seasons of my life, facing fears I never thought I’d have to face. That time reminded me — and validated more than ever — why this work matters. Life asks so much of us, and our ability to regulate our emotions and find steady ground within ourselves is essential. Our resilience comes from standing firmly in the truth of who we are and asking for help when we need it.

Now I return with an even deeper capacity to serve — rooted, resourced, and ready to continue this work in a way that feels stronger and more alive than ever. By walking further into my own terrain, I came to see more clearly how much tender and powerful terrain still waits to be discovered with the people I serve.

✨ My invitation to you
If you feel called to go deeper, to uplevel, or to return to this work, know that I’m here. Sometimes the next season of our growth only asks for the courage to say yes to being supported. You may even notice a stirring — a part of you that longs for more steadiness, more clarity, or simply a place to exhale.

✨ My invitation for your circle
Because humaning is hard, and because none of us are meant to do this alone, I’m also asking that you consider your humans too. Who in your life is carrying something heavy right now? As you read this, I invite you to pause and think of that one person who could use this kind of space. If someone comes to mind, I’d be so honored if you reached out and connected us. Sometimes all it takes is one brave introduction to change the course of a life.

These days, I feel most lit up walking with people through the great thresholds of life — whether it’s a major transition, the tender alchemy of couples who train together, or the wild and holy journey of the highly sensitives, the rebels, mystics, and poets who know they are here to midwife a more just and relational world.

Think back to the moment you felt most held in our work together — imagine someone you love having that same experience.

Thank you for helping carry this light forward. ✨

With warmth and love,
Fereshta

P.S. Today would have been my mentor Debbie Ford’s 70th birthday. Debbie was one of the most powerful teachers of my life. She was funny, terrifying, warm, confronting, and deeply devoted to helping millions reclaim their power. Much of how I serve now is rooted in the wisdom she passed onto me. I carry her light forward every time I sit with someone in their truth.

She once said, “We were birthed with one soul to take care of, and we must take care of it.”

Her wisdom continues to guide me, and I offer it to you with love.

It costs you sleep. It costs you energy. It costs you closeness. It costs you the version of you that feels steady, clear, and alive. We tell ourselves the right moment...

A Valentine’s gift to future you Removing the barriers that stand between you and true love Dear Reader, Valentine’s Day has a way of stirring things up. For some, it’s flowers and candlelight. For others, it’s loneliness, comparison, or the quiet ache of wanting something deeper. Culturally, we’ve reduced love to romance and performance.Dinner reservations.Perfect captions.Proof that someone chose you. But love — real love — is not a holiday. It’s a practice. Uncomfortable Conversations What Standing at the Altar Really Means Dear Reader, This weekend, my partner and I marked our ten-year anniversary by entering into several deep and challenging conversations about the state of our union. We also danced, decorated our Lunar New Year tree, made mouth-watering gumbo, and enjoyed watching the snow fall outside our window. Alongside the celebration, we chose to take an honest inventory—naming what we cherish in our relationship, and where friction has...
